Li/Liu defend their title, 11-21 / 21-10 / 21-13. Li Junhui is so emotional to celebrate victory. Three Chinese pairs stand on the podium plus Kamura/Sonoda as silver medalists.

High possibility unless Chen Yufei could produce miraculous performance.

Umm.. It was the other person who was passionately talking about Japan. :) But point taken, no hard feeling.

Is it me or really the court is slow court. I felt like people trying harder to move on court.

Yup, current Asian Champion v World Champion, same age and both of them are former WJC, looks like they're destined to build new rivalry in men's singles discipline. Btw, Viktor Axelsen is one step closer to regain European Champion crown against title holder Rajiv Ouseph today.

Were TTY wearing Yonex throughout this whole BAC 2018?

Chen Yu Fei playing a very slow game. Many high clears. Designed to frustrate Tai who has hit out a few times

Chen Yufei need to concentrate Tai's backhand. Weird. Saina used this strategy to come back from 8-15 down to 16 all.

Xia Xuanze and zhang Ning giving specific instructions to get the shuttle as high as possible on serve. Also shuttle steeper on smash..

Told Chen specifically not to be too impatient

Even Saina's coach mentioned that. FLick serving TTY and let her move two steps to get the shuttle so that , they don't need to face steeper attack from Tai.

There must be a bit of drift from Tai's end towards Chen's end

Ok. But Indian coaches said " flick serve" , no high serve.
