Received the spencos total support max, they're very thick and durability wise it is holding up pretty well after about 6 hours of continuous play except the markings of spenco in the insole came off but it was expected. The shock was absorbed really well , doing plenty of jump smashes without feeling any pain on my joints. However the arch support put excruciating pain on my arch area but it's suppose to since I'm flat footed and need to get used to it.

Shoes used: SHB-01LTD (Yellow) size 9.5

Make sure to remove the factory Insole. To adapt to the arch support, wear it in daily use first, initially a few hrs then increasingly to full day.

Good, you'll gradually adapt to it. First time I wore arch support, it took me a week before the pain disappeared.

Unfortunately, i am unable to test the spenco insoles. I have flat but wide feet and shoes 26.5. Does anyone recommend going a size up (9-10) for the spenco max support insoles and trim them down?
