24-23, ZB/GL. GL with a nice net drop. GL is so tough, as if you all didn't know that.

Commentators: it took ZB/GL 8 match points to win. ZB/GL have only played together for 3 weeks and in their first effort, took the Gold in XDs. Congrats.

GL sensed ZB wanted to win so badly in the 2nd game; GL told ZB to calm down that they will get the win but don't be so stressed to kill in one shot, to be patient.

Interviewer said, GL has won with Zhang Jun and now with Zheng Bo. Interviewe asked, does GL have another option now?

GL wisely deferred the question saying, it's up to the coaches. Smart girl.

A few comments of the Semis..again, quite a few of surprises..

(just finished browsing thru this thread)...:p
    - Surprised to see XXF bow-down to WangC in 3 tough sets...It's nice to finally see a bit of change of scenery for the WS Final & I'm sure all the HKers(ie. Cheung, red00ecstrat, badMania even our own kwun must be quite ecstatic to see an all HK WS Final)..:p  ;)

    - Very surprised to see Luluk/Alvent able to pull together and finally compete in their first Final *this year*..

    - Surprised to see the young Kidho/Setiawan buckled and lost tamely to their young MAS compatriots KKK/TBH...although i think both pairs' playing style is similar and who knows maybe KKK/TBH were motivated after Rexy made that threat of leaving them..:p

    - And last, tomorrow's MS Final, dare i say it, will be...........................

    will be.............................

    will be ..................GIGANTIC.............HUMONGOUS............

almost to a level of "biblical" proportion....:p:D:p

Wow, i can already imagine the stadium will be rockin' n rollin' with all the INA fans chanting "Taufiiiiik, Taufik"...>LD vs. Taufik - Part III<...That's gonna be one heck of a match to close out this yr's IBF/BWF competition....hope everyone will tune in tomorrow and watch it(maybe even record it)..

Last, too bad, our own indra most likely won't be in BC/BF posting and making his prediction, as he's already enjoying his weekend in INA....hehe:rolleyes::p:):D;)

..for 2cents to make his predictions for the Semis(if i didn't miss it), but i guess he couldn't make it this time..Let's hope tomorrow, he'll make up for it by predicting the Finals for us all... :p :D ;)
