Looking at her conversation during the break, Huang Dongping look capable to join the coaching team when she retire.

We had the 4 Kings in the past, so now we have the 5 Queens. After that we wait for the next golden era.

Yup. I think TTY ran out of stamina in the 3rd set today. That first long rally, she looked so tired. I think because of her stamina, she made so many errors in the 3rd set, which was the opposite of the 1st set. Ironically, when CYF had 8 match points and she lost a few points, CYF kind of panicked and gave TTY time to recuperate. That was the last thing CYF wanted, for TTY to rest and regain her stamina.

True I cant imagine badminton WS without these ladies they began the Golden Era of WS in Badminton these ladies brought fame and much needed attention to WS badminton and I will certainly write a lengthy blog on these 5 legends perhaps after next year's WC or Olympics 24.

But in brief lemme share their contribution to WS badminton

1.CAROLINA MARIN -: Defined Agility and shown the world that its not just the men who can shout and scream but how as much furious and fearless WS players can be.The only WS player to become 3* World Champion also being an Olympic Champion all of it the First for her Nation.

2.PUSARLA V SINDHU -: Defined Power and never say never attitude.Having the fastest smash on the planet in WS category she has her own World record with Highest no. of WC Medals tied with legend Zhang Ning incl Gold and 2 Oly Medals the former World Champ is also the first to do so for her Nation.

3.NOZOMI OKUHARA -: Shown the world how despte being short how crisp angles she could produce also the court coverage along with never ending stamina. Her Record being the First WS to win an Oly Medal and 2 WC Medals incl Gold the for her Nation.

4.TAI TZU YING -: Where do I start and where should I end.Just one word the wizzard among the Golden girls. The angles,The decption,The Drops and what not when you see her on court aa if a wizzard is experimenting with her tricks. This great may not have won a Major Tittle but real Badminton fans know who she is.

5.RATCHANOK INTANON -: The elegant and ever generous May as we know her might be bubbly and sweet in appeance but boy oh boy when she produces the effortless angles of her shots including mind boggling net cross shots even her opponents stand and smile in admiration. This Great has her own World Record being the youngest World Champ on the planet and that too against reigning Oly Champ Legend Li Xueri.Though she doesnt have an Olympic Medal but she has is a class of her own.

Akane Yamaguch's consistency has improved, and that's why she won the WC last time. The old Yamaguchi, from 3 or 4 years ago, would have made enough mistakes to lose the first set today.

Akane's endurance, stamina unequaled in WS circuit, not to mention her superb retrieving ability and an improved attack. She's going to outrun and grind ASY to the ground.

Akane's style is like the old Chen Long, and like CYF's style. Just run all the shots down, and keep everything in. Let the opponent make the mistake.

Well, the match tomorrow will be interesting. Both Akane and CYF have a similar style. They just run everything down, keep the shuttle in, and let the opponent make the mistake. Except the last time Akane and CYF met at the All England, Akane did it better.

Nonsense. She plays with far more deception and attacking shots than CL. Furthermore, she was also very error prone (and I mean unforced errors, not forced ones) until ~2020, totally unlike CL.
