Not many players can stop Lee's smashes.

Sorry, but Li Shi Feng can't win tomorrow.

China's tactic to buy time when they got disadvantage. You can see this in Wang Zhi Yi vs Yamaguchi in Asia Championship or Jia Yi Fan's matches.

aaron/wooi yik still haven't returned to their best form yet.
even alfian/ardianto now can easily beat them.

China's tactics? Are you blind to other nationality's players doing the same, or are you a hypocrite or practising double standards? Besides, who are you to say whether any player is entitled to medical attention?

    Many people can see this.

I agree that other nationality's players sometimes do the same.

I just say the true. ^-^

Yes, classic tactic for weak Chinese players, also Thai MS players.

As usual wonderful duel of Tai TY v Intanon which once again invited an awe for badminton fans. The most riveting part came in third game, both contestants trading points to display so many deceptive shots creation combined with tactical play and the Taiwanese who owned stronger stamina won this thrilling match. The Olympic Champion less-error pattern who equipped with near unbreakable defense is back to frustrate and took commanding lead over today’s opponent. Sindhu should play faster and more aggressive to trouble Chen patient style rather than trapped into constructed long rallies then intercepted by the Chinese smash/drops or produced unforced errors. Replay of Tokyo Olympic Games gold medal match in Bangkok final, Chen YF portraying one of Tai toughest test for Tai since All England 2019, a title quest for Chen in third final in this year.

A breakout tournament for Li SF to advance into maiden final of BWF S500 in 93 minutes marathon duel, Naraoka did good job for attacking style, playing faster but unfortunately didn't supported by accuracy, power and superb fitness level. On the other side, Li has decent defense, net shot to stimulate his opponent to lift shuttlecock and killed by hard smash. A tall order for Li to beat established and better technical skilled Lee ZJ who surpassed Liew Daren in three games. 2018 YOG champion didn't beat any seeded player en route to last round, crawling from qualification round.

Japanese pair resume business in women's doubles category, the last time all Japanese final was Hylo Open last autumn. Matsuyama/Shida have been in good shape and tremendous developed lately that manifested through All England title two months ago. They're slightly favoured based on current form against two-time World Champions Matsumoto/Nagahara who vanquished CHN new combination in semis, Zhang/Zheng.

Alfian/Ardianto more understanding to their rival pattern and implemented right tactic as Aaron Chia/Soh WY drowned into nervousness, disarray after had good start in opening game but lost the plot quickly and deteriorated in second game. First final for Hoki/Kobayashi who look slow down and got setback in several tours since nailed prestigious World Champion title late last year.

Zheng/Huang prove they still can be reckoned, almost blew away final spot as Watanabe/Higashino saved three match points. It's been long time both pairs faced off each other, last time was KOR Open 2019. Bass/Popor clinched several major titles in 2021 when CHN players skipped the event regularly, severely disrupted by their country strict quarantine rules that hampering to take part top-tier tours last year. Thai duo monster speed overcame the Olympic Champions Wang/Huang yesterday.

I think the most explosive of the current young Chinese Men's singles is Went Hong Yang. LSF reminds me of Wang ZhengMing, skillful but predictable.

I have no idea of the other players you are talking about. But I started to follow LSF because I kinda find the footwork of Lin Dan / CYF in him. I would hope he'd grow in this direction.

But his last games he has started to give me a different vibe.

Let's see how he does against a top player today. Maybe he will calm down his footwork.

But he could do with more attack though instead of clears etc.

Why can't China produce another Lin Dan style player?

Wow this Thailand Open has proved to be a winner ! Great games ! This 2 Japanese pair played well! Towards the end both were nervous and unfortunately there can only be 1 winner.. congrats to Shida/matsu, good comeback from matsu/nagahara as well after being away for sometime

Make sure you use a VPN depending on your location. Getting a VPN for the US pretty much guarantees being able to watch all live streams (except US open) since no one here cares lol.
