momota needs to stop lifting it and letting him get the attack cause that's how viktor won yesterday..

Correct me if i am wrong. It seems to me that KM is playing psychological game? To frustrate VA?

It's a matter of time Momota seals it... and he did.

i think kento holding up viktors serve and jogging around the court, etc is trying to annoying viktor but it's exposing his kind of mental state so i like that kinda thing

Will Momota ever lose a final in his career?

Will he do better than Lin Dan's 62/82 ?

Not taking anything away from Momota's title win, but somehow every single one of Momota's Superseries title to date was achieved without having to play Lin Dan, Chen Long, and Lee CW. I know, it's not his fault, just that it will be more convincing if he did it, at least one of them, beating one if not all of the Super Trio.

true but usually the coaches help them and they try something different in their play i just seen the same kind of play that he started out with in the end and it wasn't working for him.. but i guess there's nothing you can do if you're truly getting outplayed.

Overall a quite boring finals day imo.
Well the WD was a long match and the WS was a good match, but everything else to one-sided. Expected more form the MS, the other two were predictable short and non-exciting matches :/

I won't even think about it, it's still a long, long way to go for Momota, simply too much for him to catch up with the GOAT. You often get carried away, sometimes given to hyperbole. Remember , to be among the best of the best, consistency is essential, of paramount importance.

I think Momota is better than LCW now and the new third best player in the world.

Momota is playing the "perfect return" game-- like what Lin Dan and Chen Long tend to do when they are in form.

You may not realize it unless you've watched or played a lot of badminton-- but there are actually a finite numbers of ways of attacking a "perfect return", which easily allows your opponent to just make another "perfect return"... or even a counter-attack.

Wow congrats Momota clinched his fourth SS title (2 SSP within) and making his way to become number 2 in the world :D

He's huge at home now pitching opening at Giants game the other day, making commercial with Ichiro, getting endorsement from top companies and making million dollar$$ now!! Way to go for a 21 years old!!:)
