She translated every word and point and didn't omit nor add anything but flying her around would be another cost and does she speaks other languages like Japanese or Korean?

LD knew it was impossible to win a point by throwing his racket. He should be cautioned for such behavior as the racket could hit someone and cause injury.

To try everything, to win ... even to the extent of causing harm...? Think again.

Like LD said, he is here to show the Chinese coaches why they need to send him to the 2016 Olympics: LD basically issued his challenge here-- I will outplay anyone who thinks they simply can beat me in consistency and stamina with 50 shot rallies.

Dan Destruction hits Birmingham. Poor THW facing the hell from start to end. Lin Dan, The Greatest Ever looking to become the 'Human God' of Badminton in Rio. Haters can cry all they want.

Make her an International umpire as well, you have to anyways ferry the mandated minimum number of International Umpires to every major tournament. And becoming an Umpire isn't too hard a job. Most Umpires in Badminton, I hear, are part time.

Also, since China dominates Badminton, along with the fact that most Chinese are not comfortable in English, requirement of a Chinese translator far supersedes the combined requirement of Korean and Japanese.

Rather, if you look at it, half of all superseries titles are won by Chinese on average. This would make interview in Chinese almost equivalent in importance to that of English.

    Com'on man!

Lin Dan is the only one, THE ONLY ONE, to have an inherent Swagger. His mere presence evokes feelings, be it positive or negative. He is the star Badminton needs.

Badminton is ultimately, an entertainment event, and to make it big and a commercial success, we need characters, actors, people with swag and style.

Frankly, I love watching Badminton over Tennis. Tennis I feel is blande, short and usually predictable rallies. But tennis is at least 10 times bigger than Badminton.

CHN may go back with only 1 title unlike previous editions where they have at least 3 titles.

It goes to show that LD's preparation has been spot on. He can now choose to play the type of game he thinks more suitable for the occasion. He can play slow and suddenly turn on the heat with relentless aggression! This demands not only precise shots but also great physical ability.
