Yu Yang is the weak link, I think it would be more productive for JPN to play her than her partner.

That throwing of racket was the moment of the match, how I wish it hit the shuttle, even slightly, would have been epic.

Reminds me of the time when she paired with wang xiao li. Imo, they were a very difficult pair to beat. But now, yu yang's new partnerships. after wang xiao li isn't as lethal

Yu Yang is over the hill.

Ma Jin would have been a better partner for TYT .

Japanese really dominating and surprising the chinese pair with a fast-pace aggressive game they are not used to from the Japanese defense wall :)

You don't get pushed if you make like 1 Unforced error in the whole match.Inch Perfect game plan executed to perfection.

..and their defence. TYT is smashing from left and right to no avail. Surely she can't carry on like this.

I know what you mean. Indeed badminton needs stars like LD. But there are rules to follow so that others should not emulate poor behavior. If other star players were to follow LD by throwing rackets because they can't retrieve the shot, what will happen?

Another example is if we allow star players to get off with taking performance enhancing drugs just because they are important to that particular sport, what will people say?

LD should apologize for his poor behavior and not to cast a bad image on badminton.

You don't play badminton that way!

If players were free to throw rackets at random, what will be the consequence?

By targeting YTY, JPN pair won 21-10 in the first game. Imagine if they turn to the weaker YY.
