Congrats for Hanna .... great fight, Goh Jin Wei.

But I still expect Busanan to take the title she failed to win in the last SEA Games.

So it's Hanna Ramadhini vs Busanan in the WS Final. I first noticed Hanna at the Kopiko Purple League and thought well of her back then. Let's see if she can handle the world class Busanan for the gold medal , I think Hanna has a fighting chance against the better known, highly fancied WR19 contender.

Btw, I'm a bit surprised to learn that Hanna is already 20 years old, a year older than the fairly established Busanan. Still I expect a good match tomorrow though I admit the edge is with the more experienced Thai opponent.

Loh Kean Yew when holding three gamepoints became too eager to win and in trying to finish it off quickly lost his bearings, not only let Arif off the hook but came back to deliver a knock-out punch instead in a dramatic turnaround. G1, 22-20 to Arif.

When LKY constructs the rally a bit more, Arif is the one who tends to err, it seems.

All Malaysian MS final. Redemption by Arif after his defeat in the team semi-finals. The better of the two players will take gold tomorrow.

Goh Jin Wei list to Indonesia Hana today but I think this youngster 15 years youngster old has a right future. Congratulations to Indonesia and Thailand for entering the finals.

As for Philippines they have created history by winning a bronze medal in men doubles event for the first time in sea games. Congratulations.

Then for Vietnam they have also created history by winning a bronze medal in women single event for the first time in sea games. Congratulations.

Certainly I am very proud of Philippines and Vietnam for winning the bronze medal this time and thus breaking the sea games history and record. Congratulations once again.

Anyone else noticed that the line judging in this tournament has been questionable? I've seen at least four instances in the quarterfinals where the calls were overruled by the umpire... and a couple of calls, not overruled, which seemed poor.

Bring Hawkeye & the challenge system to non-SS tournaments too!
