I thought Arvind Bhat after losing two matchpoints was going to end on a sad note but it turned out well - he is in the final. What a dream run for him! I certainly won't discount him overcoming either MZ or HKV for the crown tomorrow.

Good to learn the Czech-born Swiss professional Martina Hingis, a female tennis legend, is a fan of badminton and she is seen at the arena watching the match just now as shown on TV.

Arvind is in finals !!!... Really i can't believe it.. I was able to see him with some foreign coach(?) .. Seems like it's working for him ...Actually the Last game was really tense moment for both of them.. Finally Arvind pulled it off and celeberated calmly and went on to hug the opponent in a polite manner and prayed god for quite some time.. Really nice.. Both HKV or MZ are tough opponents to him.. Anyhow, he played brilliantly so far. Atleast runner up title is guaranteed to him.

This is good match between Vittinghus and Zweibler. But HKV is just too consistent for the lefty so far.
12-6 and one game up for the Dane

So, Aravind bhat vs Hans Kirsten Vittinghus in the final for Men's singles.

It will be a very tough match for Aravind bhat.. Vittinghus is the favourite for the title. Vittinghus seems to me in an excellent form. Winning Marc in a comfortable way proves his potential.
