I think Malaysia is stronger than Korea this year..
so i'm happy that Indonesia won't meet Malaysia in QF..hahaha...

Malaysia has good MS 1 and MS 2 (LCW and CWF can beat Tommy and Hayom)
and Malaysian MDs are so unpredictable...

If Indonesia meet Korea in QF,
Indonesia can get points from all single matches, and also has opportunity in doubles...

Wow, very impressed with Goh V Shem/Tan Wee Kiong. They covered the weakness of the HTH/TWK pair which is lack of power and the GVS/LKW pair which is service mistakes and lack of trust very well with this combination. Solid at both front and back court.

At least Goh Soon Huat won't get the pressure of having to win in playing his very first TC match.

As CHN and INA are group winners, is it confirmed that they will meet only in the finals? Anyone knows about the latest world team rank for Thomas cup as per May 15th 2014?

    Does anyone know the draw?

Since Korea is 2nd in their group, means they will have to play China in their next tie?

For Malaysia, they can count on LCW, doubles against China. If CWF can still maintain his form. ;)

INA can also go better with doubles and maybe 1 singles. ;)

it's every team's dream to be able to topple the mighty defending champion, while wishing to avoid them before the finals and let other block the crusher... indeed any team that succeeds is really qualified for the trophy.

Teams who come second in the group are draw by lot after group play is finished. So there is no draw yet.

    So...

    THOMAS:
TOP Group : INA CHN MAS JPN/DEN
RU Group : THA FRA KOR JPN/DEN

I prefer either FRA or THA to meet INA in QF
But i think INA has good chance also if meet KOR
The strongest RU team should be JPN/DEN

    UBER
TOP Group: CHN KOR JPN IND
RU Group: ENG INA DEN THA

In Uber, i think INA chance is not as good as in Thomas
But INA has the biggest chance if meet IND or KOR again in QF
