CHN-SIN, 4-0. Singapore WS almost steals 1 point from badminton powerhouse and defending champion China. Liang Xiaoyu wasted huge margin leading at decider, 19-10 then 20-14 but He Bingjiao catched up, forced deuce and sealed the match 23-21.

Wow, Malaysia experimenting with their 13yo girl prodigy against Indonesia. Wonder whether she can live up to the hype

That could work if Hanna is under pressure to win against a 13yo girl.

I am not that confident that INA will win. Maybe MAS will win 3-2. But it will be a tough match for all 5.

Kevin/Masita needs to win the first match, if not Jo and Hanna could be in big pressure to win

if you mean the Liang versus He match, you may be right. I'm not sure whether Liang is now a Singaporean or a PR can represent SIN in this tourney.

BTW, if you are a Chinese, your ancestors were also part of CHN, right. So you are somehow connected with CHN, whether you like it or not, unless you are non-Chinese.

But if you mean the SIN team, then you are not quite right. For we have a majority of local Singaporeans not born in China in the team. I think all except Liang.

Whatever, I think Liang played very well to reach He's standard. She has been in Singapore for a few years under Singapore's coaching and development.

S Yuqi beat Wang Tsu-WEi in 3 games. A surprise win for China in view of Wang being a strong contender for the boy's crown. Meanwhile Busana is taking Ayori's game apart.

I did not follow livescore and suddenly now INA is 2-1 against MAS by virtue of 2 singles !

Unexpected that INA XD lost where they were unbeaten in AJC and it was followed by rather unexpected loss by AJC MS champ.

Now I think INA will win. If INA lost all 3 doubles, it will be another surprise
