Too bad the exciting match is gone. I never watch LCW unless his opponent is LD. He just mows down the rest of the field, lol.
Let's sit up and take notice of Ithanon Ratchanok! She's just beaten Tine 21-16 in G1 and leadig 9-5 in G2, another shining star in the making.
IND may produce many MS players nowadays but so far go unnoticed... thing is better in WS: Saina and XD: Diju/Jwala honestly i recall no one among their MS players within memory
Badminton is, and has been always popular in India. I heard, (could be wrong), that badminton was invented long time ago in India. India has many players all the time, but few reached top level. Even though, most indians believe they are always a powerhouse in badminton. Indian value the all england open the most. Prakash and Gopi both had won the all england. But that's it. only 1 time. That's India stands for "I'll Not Do It Again".
Inthanon still leads 11-10 against Tine in G2...seems Tine is facing serious trouble there ... now 12-11
What about Lee CW-Chen Long match-up? Surely, well worth watching from now on, after their Japan Open slugfest, unless you miss that one.
Woohoo! Inthanon is on the verge of beating Tine, and TTY did so against SN just now. A prelude to next week's World Juniors?
Yeah, I sense another upset in the making, after Tai TY's elimination of Saina. Both these young lasses are really something.
i wish it's NOW her compatriot's turn... how about Jiang Yanjiao who hardly grabs anything significant so far... feel sorry for her among the top four
Trust me, you must watch the replay. I did, three times, and, boy, I was amazed - Chen Long playing like Lin Dan in Game 1 and 3, with Lee CW ,well, playing like himself in Game 2. I bet, after watching that match, you will see Chen Long in a different light. Before, I don't use to take him seriously, now I do. That's explains why when he performs not in the manner I expects of him today and yesterday, I get worked up.
