It is only to be expected Chinese players coming out of juniors are practically battle ready for the pro tour whereas an European player coming out of juniors is only just getting started and a good explanation of why they peak much later nearing their late twenties (recent examples Tine Rasmussen, Schenk, Zwiebler). Of course the truly talented will be the exception to the rule like a Gade but we will never know how good he would've been without his big injury. Plus men's doubles might be the exception although China doesn't exactly have the best record in that event so might as well have no relation to age at all in their case ... I'd advise you to change your cpu heatsink fan immediately,don't overstress it by resetting your PC after it has cooled down,doing so repeatedly will shorten its lifespan if not burnt it.

Yes it stops turning every now and then. The problem is the connector is a little loose but nothing a firm tap on the side can't fix . And the case opens without having to loosen any screws so I can just turn it on it's side whilst still on, open up and jiggle the cable to get it started again. The challenge is to keep it maintaining enough pressure on the contacts ... (it's some sort of proprietary Dell cable)

"Established badminton nation" ... Can name more than a few names if we're venturing down to that level . Probably Nedelcheva should be named who has simultaneously held a top 10 ranking in WS and WD according to tournamentsoftware ... (of course no longer playing WD since they can't qualify for the OG) But I assume Sapsiree is still young and the choice will be made eventually.
The Swedish girls had a clear strategy to target Wallwork, and this eventually succeeded. Another poor result for the English duo - reminiscent of their disastrous CG 2010 match against the Australian pair. What was sad today was to see Gabby White so off form - BE should consider splitting up this duo for a time. Only valliant Adcock/Ellis left now for English fans after yet another failure by NR/JW, and in the World junior team event last week the English juniors lost to Turkey...with OG 2012 London fast approaching these are desparate times for the English game. Re.Tina Baun vs.Tina Rasmussen - yup, call me superstitious, but I agree - she should have waited and let her career run its course before changing her name (like the singer Cheryl Cole - kept her ex husband's name because that's how the public knew her. A Cheryl Tweedy just ain't going to sell as many records). Mind you, I'm still a great fan of Tine and would love to see her return fully to form. smautf
