Yes you should!!! I got mine replaced, it just took me a while. you'll probably have to pay the shipping (when they send you a new arc), but its worth it

I highly doubt they will replace a racket if it was cracked from a clash.
 
AraSaber 5? I remebered that ArcSaber 5 were made in Taiwan...
$170, too expendsive... In China,5 is about 700 RMB...maybe lower...
What I want to know is how did you crash your 5...crash on the floor...or double play hiiten by your partner's racket?
Or anything else...

1) ARC5 is made in Japan. Please do your homework.
2) The pricing structure is different in china vs North America.

1）ArcSaber is made in Japan...ArcSaber 008 is made in Taiwan... I mixed...Sorry...
2) The price should be almost the same...After Exchange rate...
3) Congratulates,you return your racket and get a new one...
 
Just an quick update, Please make sure you keep your sales receipt. YY now asking for the proof of sale for warranty replacement.
