I am very sure Nishimoto will not win a superseries tournament. Neither will Srikanth, Momota or anyone else. Ever.

But the fact is that Nishimoto has 1 major medal, Srikanth has 0. LCW has more tournament wins than Lin Dan but nobody cares as people only count major medals. So Nishimoto's achievements are better than Srikanth's and it is rubbish to say "Srikanth lost to some Kenta from Japan".

Don't you think one medal in a full 'lifetime' gives you the impression that it may be a 'fluke' ?
Beating Maldives player and Mangolian player, he reached Quarters. Just one more win is enough to get the medal. How much easier draw one need to get a medal?.

Come on, man. SK is a very entertaining to watch when on form and has certainly had a better career so far than KN. More importantly, he seems to be a good (sports-)man. No need to drag him in order to annoy the worst user on these boards.

Ahsan is so deceptive with his flick serve, 2 times the danes have been fooled.

Hendra shot quality are just fantastic, always find the gap...probably the best ever when it comes to placement shot. ahsan/hendra took the 1st game 21-19.

So much things happen today. PraMel, Jojo, KS, HBJ are out of contention. TakaMatsu have to wait to confirm qualification. All of WS spot has been sealed.

Damn watching this I really miss watching ahsan/hendra in their prime...they're still very good now but was much faster back then and more sharp, doesn't make too many mistakes.

Now with this result, minions are very likely to be more motivated to follow their counterparts into the next round.
