    I believe it's the stringer's fault.

Well I have watched him but, I know the exact technicalities involved.

In any case it will be taken care of properly and Alan would walk out with a new racket.

Off the side, I have a suspicion about the ceiling as also an including factor. Oh yes, he apparently hit family member with a shuttle doing a smash with his NS9K in the house too!

    Hey Matt,

First, to be clear, I'm in no way stating that this was a stringer error that caused the damage. However, the fact that Yonex replaced the racquet under warranty is not really an indication of manufacturer defect. They are pretty flexible with warranty claims. A few years back, a friend of mine clashed his MP-100, clearly player error and the racquet was replaced by Yonex.

But, based on your posts (in various threads) over the past while, seems like you would take a bullet for the store in question. You sure came to their defense very quickly !

You should be getting a cut of their sales, because you're a walking/talking ad for them ! Oh wait, maybe you are ! ;)

    Regards.

Communication flows so much faster on IM , such that I would respond slower without it.

I'm not greedy I make my own money!! I don't any favors for the store as it seems like I talk about them - this also includes the people I know.

I would. Normally I do that to ask if he is available to string my rackets after I have some dim sum after arriving back in Canada. You could of just asked me when I was offline you know. =P

Obviously is the stringer skill that cause this problem because my 9-X also suffered the same problem after re-string at 26lbs.

Most likely the stringer did not place the racquet properly during the stringing process and the frame was direct contact to the metal screw.

yes, the crackline is about 2mm exactly at the 12'o clock grommet.
What I pay for the NBG95 is totally burn.

LOL actually I'm going tad's tomorrow. Can't go today..not enough time hehe. So today was the last c2 lesson.:crying: I used my other racquet--yonex isometric 80VF Slim. MAUAHAHA what a good training racquet nice and good. You should heard the sound I make from this string!!! LOL it's factory btw. I think today I was the one with the loudest smash sound--maybe one of the fastest too. I need my ns9k+bg 66=SMASHING SPREE!!:D

Guys..I'm wondering if this cracke frame was the stringer's fault. Will gary just give me a racquet from his store to replace this one? Or do you think he'll just send it too yonex although it was the stringer's fault? -- Another question..if I sent it to yonex and they replaced it with the same racquet-what string/tension would they give me?? Thank you very much!!:D

Who knows!??!? You're asking theses questions as if you're so freaked out lol!

Highly doubt there was "no time" to go to the store... Time management?
