Anyone can share the difference between 2U and 3U Duora 10? Thanks. (apart from the obsious dry weight difference I mean) like how it performs on the court (singles and doubles). Power difference etc etc.

Bro, You can get Duora 10 for RM 550 + grip + YY string BG66 UM 100% genuine in KL. It is not that the racket is expensive in Malaysia, it is the damn RM keep depreciating over the years. I remembered when I was a kid, my first few rackets were top of the range Yonex. My very first was Carbonex 7 (used by Zhao Jian Hua) I bought for Rm55 back in the early 80s, a Blacken (Liem Swie King racket) for rm40 and followed by Carbonex 8 (used by the Sidek brothers) in 1985 I spent like Rm80 for it. Those rackets I bought with school pocket money i saved, I got like 20 cents a day during lower primary and increased to 50 cents upper primary and then about $1 in the intermediate. It is quite affordable to buy those top of the range racket back then (even a school boy can do it with small saving). Those prices back then is probably translated into an extra 0 at the back of the price tag when inflation is taken into account. So the racket actually is cheaper in today's standard. It is the problem of depreciating RM and the stagnant salary . You can't value a racket with money when you can afford it. At my age, I do not how much longer I can still play so why settle for less if you can afford? I have lost a few friends to heart attack, a few of them quit for good due to injury so pamper yourself before your doctor takes your money away. Yea but i was talking about the LCW editions specifically. It's just quite mindboggling to me how much badminton gear cost today. I mean RM849 or RM799 is still quite a heavy price tag... But who am I to judge. I play RC and my race cars are close to RM5k each.
With regards to teardrop shape, the assumption of it being more aerodynamic is from planes, the teardrop is the only reason planes "lift". The aerodynamic side is technically faster through air, but we are talking about needing NASA nerds to appreciate the difference it makes.

I was havin an arc 11 zforce 2 4u and a duora 10 The duora gavs me so much confidence i decided to sell of the z force 2 and arc 11 And get another duora 10 Any news or review abt the lcw edition guys??? Waiting for it to launch to check it out
Same here, the speculated launch date in Malaysia is this Sunday (20th). Full range LCW gears already listed in some re-sellers FB page.
Finally saw the racket yday going at RM599 wif string and grip. Comparing the LCW and standard D10 side by side, i still find the normal color way more appealing the blues are pretty nice in matte with more subtle patterns in overall.
alright one of my local badminton stores already has stock for the new duora 10 LCW and I can tell you guys it is damn beautiful. Paintjob looks less flashy and has an icy cool look. I need one now. Around MYR 100 difference compared to the original version.
