Heard the same thing in Canada. The Carbonex series don't sell well...so why carry them in stock if you can't sell it? And 2U also don't typically sell well either.

    1) There is already a thread for Cab50 before. Why are you posting here.
    2) The other thread has several people post their experience/thought/reviews already. Why post again.
Search first before you post please.

I think the OP has more shots of the racquet (the other thread has more shots of the girl:D) than on the other thread, therefore the following despite another thread being here first.:) Sometimes, looks is all that matters.;) Heck, my last post at the original thread was more than 2 months ago.

Just try the product when it has arrived locally. I wonder will a good/bad review make u change ur decision instead of trying the product urself?

I know I'm neither, it's just the right moment my Cab 30 MS has broken, and I've heard Cab 50 is a replacement of Cab 30 MS. Just another extra $30, I'll get Cab 50. If the price different is abt $80 or more, I might stick with Cab 30 MS. Now I wish I still had my Cab 30 MS so that I can compare the feel.

    Er ... do u mean 2 weeks?

The latter, except it's Gummetal not gunmetal. JP version name for Nanoscale Elastic Ti.

Played with my cab 50 2u g4 bg-65ti 26lb (jp) — the original grip being replaced with karakal pu supergrip (because anything else is a sin) and tourney overgrip on top (cheap + I like dry grips) — for a couple of hours today. Initially, I kept my expectations low after my experience with the Cab 35 debacle, but was pleasantly surprised after my workout. I plan on playing with it for another week and then switch to my cab 30 3U. Also, I'm taking picture requests of my racket from whatever angle you want (I'll try to borrow daddy's new nikon).

Oh and one last thing, 3U = sacrilege.

Grip on top of Karakal Super PU is sacrilege :p (but maybe you can be the first to give me a plausible reason to do so :D. Are you not loosing any benefit the Super PU has?)

I used to use karakal pu supergrip exclusively, but it lasts TOO damn long...and after a couple of weeks I worry about bacteria building up and what not... so i use it as a base b/c it's squishy comfy thick and squishy :p and then use tourney grip b/c it's cheap, dry, and decent. plus i like changing overgrips just for the fresh feeling.

    so plz forgive me :(

:D It just was funny to read "the original grip being replaced with karakal pu supergrip (because anything else is a sin)" and then you wrapped some cheap overgrip on top of it :p. I'd get a cheap, squishy replacement grip and add a good overgrip on top since the only characteristic left of the Karakal is "squishy" instead of the supreme tackiness & durability.
I got these two free replacement grips once from bc member sgbad with some ZELM rackets and they were storebranded "MB". Actually quite liked them and bought RKEP Super Soft in hope to replicate them. Nice on their own but less tacky and more squishy so perhaps you could try those and add the RKEP Elite (G09) on top (see the grip section on the forum). Don't recall the prices off the top of my head atm ...
