Hi All.. I've been playing badminton for sometime now (Played 2-3 times a week, 2 hours session each time). I'm not a big hitter, and my play style revolves around controlling the front court with some back court play from time to time.

Lately, I started feeling that something is not quite right with my wrist.
I've got this feeling of discomfort on my racket hand wrist (Not pain) which just won't go away. During playtime, I hardly felt it, however once done, then I can start feeling my wrist again. After 2-3 days rest, then it feels ok.

Not sure what caused this, just thinking whether anyone have ever experienced this before? And whether I should think of using any wrist support (is there any such product which will still give you freedom of movement?)

    Thanks.

Can you post a pic of where on the wrist is the discomfort?

It's on the right hand side, just slightly below the wrist (with the palm facing you).
