Taufik can still be a very strong force and a good contender for Beijing. who knows if he's really hiding his play. he might hide it very well indeed, but he can still lose even if he plays 100%, like when he lost to Chen Hong in WC last year. there's things even Taufik can't account for, and it could happen in Beijing

Denmark are on their way down, once a strong powerhouse who in 2000 and 2004 were inches away from clinching the thomas cup seems only reliable on their mens single players. Only other medal candidates are Eriksen/lundgaard and Laybourn/Juhl but their draw and recent results doesnt look bright. Why on earth Jonas/Lars can perform as bad as they have done the last 2 years they only know themselves but i guess its a lack of motivation.
