was it really a biased umpire?
didn't he correct his earlier call and give a let to BCL for that dubious point?
BCL has been looking out of sorts all week, i'm not surprised he lost.

    Biased umpire against Bao?
Bao hit twice on the shuttle but he has no sportmanship.. the umpire even say it hit twice.. until 2 cheif umpire say its a let due to protest of Bao. This fire up Lee to win the match

Not attacking enough.....Normally when BCL plays makes unforced errors, not today. Today he played well, his strokes were solid, but he stood off the net (no net kills despite numerous oppurtunities) and didn't force the pace.......He just followed LHI game plan to play at slow pace and got stuck in a rut.

Badminton in Singles is a lot about pace and rhythm. Some players adjust the rhythm (LD) up and down and others have a set rhythm. As a player you need to force your own individual rhythm on the game. LHI is very good at this. He likes slow pace, BCL likes fast pace. Because BCL was not forcing his pace he simply playd to LHI strengths...which is bad news.

LHI played very well BCL played too passive, not badly, but to passive - letting the game come to him and pass him by.

Seems like LD will get a rest day, by order from "you-know-who", to keep him fresh for the finale irregardless of whom he is up against. LOL :D:p

that`s life..we must overcome it..there are so many obstacles around us..no matter how difficult it is, we must try our best to overcome it..this OG have so many tears and joy for all of us especially the player`s loyal fans....i begin to recover again after so many MAS players out in this OG08...that time i was so sad and and i lost hope in my life too..
but after that, i begin to think again, we must appreciate our life although there are so many sad or rather happy moments around us..
    time flies very fast.:)

eh BCl is gd but LHI was better than him today. BCl looks rather off-form and he wasnt at his best.Well this is what happens when your challenging someone around ur calibre.Look at the thomas cup match between those 2 players.BCL was better than LHI thats why he won, but in this case its the opposite. well its kind of sad cauz im a BCL fan

Well this is the beauty of sport. If a higher rank player is for sure going to win. Then, we do not need Olympic anymore...Just on paper can get the result..:D

Why Bao lost.Frankly, i do not see y he will win. LHI perform extra ordinary today.. All his shot is perfect fall in target...

I believe according new rules hitting twice on the shuttle in a fluent motion is not a fault.
