People say you have to wait for the strings to settle before you play
or the strings slip like you have explained thats why the string move

yes because the strings will make a notch which is like a small dent into the string it is contacting
meaning that the string won't move so easily

I can't really comment as I am using a Nanospeed 800 which is slightly
and before I using an Arcsaber Z Slash which is not that head heavy like the Armotec 900 Power

maybe use it for about 2 weeks to get the feel of the racket and timing and etc
because someone at the club I go to has it but I haven't had the time to ask him to use it
usually about a week or 2 you will get used to the racket

If you say things that put you down it will happen
but try and focus on getting your clears right

and i changed the way i had to hold the racquet so it make it more harder to me because i had been playing for 4 months with the wrong way so now its like if i had to start from zero at least i noticed it before it was too late!

That is dangerous in doubles do not turn around because if you do and your partner does a really bad smash it could go into your eye (worst case scenario) or the same thing with your partner but you head facing the net it will hit the back of your head.
I accidentally smashed a shuttle (hit the frame) and hit my partner on the back of his head

Well I have been playing and learning doubles tactics for about 2 months so I can but don't rely on everything I says
in doubles you should definitely know about this
    1. If you are attacking (smashing, Playing offensively). you 2 should be in the front and back position.
    2. If you are defending (lifting, clearing) you should be in the sides position.
