 what's going on with Zhou Mi, she is not giving good results lately. too bad as i happen to like her style of play.

Li YB isn't going to be too happy about that...

LYB already "lost hope" in her. He brought her here is just to test if she can still make it. I think we may not be able to see Zhou Mi often after this event.

Polish girls (Kamila Augustyn / Nadiezda Kostiuczyk) are still up against Danes (Lena Frier Kristiansen / Kamilla Rytter Juhl) in the third game, after they lost the second

it shows now 10:9, I hope they can step up - it would be great success for those preatty girls who were refused to go to Athens due to some stupid political disputes

    regards

    dzgdz

    ps 13:9 two more points

The msian Mens Doubles Mohd Fairulzizi/Woon F Lin had a long match againts the english pair Simon Archer/Clark. One of the most exciting 3 sets thriller of the day. Eventually the young msian pair prevail.

The Swedish mixed pair (Bergström/Persson) just beat Lee and Ha from Korea..Nice win..

All Swedes through so far :)

But I am pretty sure Rasmus will be stopped by Sato in next round though and Hugi will be stopped by Ponsana.

Wong Mew Choo has a reasonable chance of making it to the quarterfinals with the loss of Zhou Mi. She next faces Cheng Shao-Chieh, who she has a good record against. If she wins, it will be either Julianne Schenk or Shannon Pohl.

If she reaches the quarterfinals, it will be either Wang Chen or Eriko Hirose.

It may be too early to say yet but on paper it seems coincidental that a number of freak incidents and upset in this tourney have given a smile to the Malaysian players!

Taufik wins against his opponent R.Pacheo 15-7,15-3.If u look closely on the stats u will notice that Taufik made 25 unforced errors, in fact more than his opponnent.that probably means there are a few initial nerves, even with him.
