    Hi,

I broke my left wrist about 3 weeks ago. Nothing too bad, I just have to wear a cast for 6 weeks total. This is not my racket arm, I am right handed.

So far I have not been doing anything, I wanted to avoid all shocks to recover properly. I’m not running for example. Not using a bicycle in a gym either (I’m scared I would tend to pull on the wrist). But I saw the wrist/arm exercises that Paul Stewart presents in 3 videos and I plan to do them for now on.

Do you have any other suggestions on what kind of training I can do during the next 3 weeks to not totally lose my time?

Not 100% sure if I should post this here or in the injuries forum. But posting here as it is more about training than handling the injury.
