Make sure your nails are always cut nice and short. Other than that there isnt much you can do apart from wearing 2 pairs of socks to try and soften the force on your toes. Only problem iv ever had was i forgot to cut my nails and one of the nails sliced open the toe next to it when i jolted from side to side in a quick direction change lol.
Hey George, my toenail is almost completely off right now. Hanging by a tiny bit of like 1-2mm. Anyway there's a new layer under it. I think it took approximately 3-4 months from blood clot -> now. LOL! Just continue to use the band aid and wait for it to grow. Don't rip off the broken layer right now because it serves as protection.

BTW George, I think you should change health clinics....don't you know real doctors don't take breaks for lunch (or even sleep)? You can spot a good doctor by the bags under his eyes, the food stains on his tie, and the strong coffee breath.
No, i dont wanna spoil and waste someone good dinner here of course its the problem with the shoe, not the racket of course. I didnt use my foot to play badminton.. ok i try,, but never jump when playing badminton is quite unusual for me though anyway, i will be more cautious of this though,.
