Just wondering what the main differences were in the 2 rackets.

I had the original TKF and found it to be way to slow in doubles. I ended up selling it for a 90K and have been using that since. But now I keep seeing TKF-E rackets in doubles teams everywhere.

Is it more playable or less head heavy? What's the differences and why is it more popular than the original TKF now?

Never played with original TKF, but i own TKF enhanced in 4U. From what I heard original TKF had lot of issues with frame and it use to break pretty easily. Victor solved this with TKF enhanced and made it slightly head heavier.

Actually, the original TKF is head heavier. The Enhanced is even-balanced/slightly head-heavy. The Enhanced also has a Freecore handle. It seems like the original was more of a singles racket whereas the Enhanced is more for all-around/doubles.

CK Yew just did a review on the Enhanced:
