Just bought new from reputable shop 2 months ago. The string broke vertically once it hit the shuttles and I identified the crack on top of the frame. This racket is never crash with other. Is this common? Throughout my life, I never had this issue even my other racket crashed with other multiple times. The racket is still in warranty period but they require 1-3 months for evaluation and see if they are gonna approve. This is nerve wrecking. Does anyone have similar experience?
Noted. The string tension is 24 and this racket was restrung two times. Unfortunately, I cut the string immediately after it broke as I initially thought it is just typical string break. I am wondering how Victor assesses whether it is user fault or defected racket. Could anyone help share your insight?
Have some another experience, I just fixed the broken head (without balance loss) , strung for 28lbs and give for a player back// sorry, havent a good photo.
