    Hi everybody,

This weekend I broke my racket in a swinging arm action. Just before hitting the shuttlecock the shaft break in a clear an loud sound.
I bought this racket on october 2018 and be delivered end november.
I emailed the shop and ask for insurance. The responce was fast, too fast (3 hours only)
    "Dear sir,
I'm so sorry for you broke racket. I already consult with my supplier. This racket have warranty 3 months after purchase date without any defection. In this case It's over warranty time limit. I really cannot claim to the company.

    Sorry and Regards,"

I am surprised because the break is too clear so I suppose a manufacturing defect.
As you can see on the pictures I take care of my racket, no scratches, no impacts.
Tell me what do you think about the warranty and the defect.

I saw another Thruster break just like that last month... around the same area on the shaft. The player is in the top 150 in France.
