    2 youngsters? Lim Pek Siah is a 28 yo experienced player, 1 youngster & 1 semi-veteran.
Lydia Cheah had that pressure in SEA Games as 3rd singles, she lost to the same opponent she's goin to face today.

Lim Pek Siah is an ex-Commonwealth Games champ. The MAS camp believes she has the experience to guide the youngster.

You could say MAS women's revival to the world stage after Sylvia Ng retired started with Lim Pek Siah/Chor Hooi Yee in 1998.

Can't believe that Wong Mew Choo lost to Xing AiYing. But i do applaud the Singaporean girl for her win. Way to go.

yeah, she'll be dissapointed if MAS don't qualify for the finals, we were all banking on her to win the first point.

Yeah, I know, read her profile before. That was when Cheah Soon Kit came on board as WD coach.
She changed quite a no of partners - with Chor, then Ooi sthing, then Haw.
For this match, with Hui Lin.
KLRC & BAM combo... could be Cheah SK influence, very rare to see that happen in the past.
Recent times, only once, XD for WC 2007, Chan Peng Soon with Ooi. Ooi was with BAM then went over KLRC.

Its Ooi Yu Hang or Ooi Sock Ai??
I think Lim Pek Siah also partnered Joanne Quay for quite some time.

Oh, you heard that from the news? It's not on tournament software.

Badmania, he he cant beat your systematically filed info.

Now only on software, Lim/Ng won straight sets. Good for them.
And yes Champion8, Msia will go thru to Finals even if we get 4th place cos Msia is ranked higher than Europe 4th place, Scotland.
