Loh,I totally agree with you. "OUR Thai Players" The Thai players also know that it is very tough to juggle both sports and studies. They may complain at times but afterall, they know that they ought to do this as it's possible for them to do this and there is a need for them to do it. In fact,I remember little Song asking me "Jie jie,the players in Singapore do not need to train and study at the same time like us,why?!"
OMG kob kun krub , i love them , they're the nicest badminton ppl i've ever seen !!!! thailand SUU TAI!!!

Gina, you are sharp and 'sensitive'. You should have taken up badminton much, much earlier and win a place in the national team. Then we will have more national players who are also undergraduates. Our university teams, I believe, have some very good players. The SMU now has ex-Singapore national no.3 Gerrald Ho as undergrad. I think the NUS's former lady captain, Foo Shui Yen, was once a national player. I got to know Nicky Hoang, former Vietnam's national player, who has recently graduated with First Class honours from NUS. So as you said, those with determination and who are hardworking enough will get a degree in the end.
