terrible line judge of Denmark open

    As far as Denmark has good line calls in this tournament, I would have to say that China Open has 'Premier' status as well, but what do you think of its line call quality?

    I had been watching the games since R16 and that thought kept recurring in my mind as well. The ligting fall-off is too sharp. It creates problems for line judges when there is insufficient contrast and brightness. The average human eye cannot really diffrentiate at speeds faster than 1/50 sec, so a fast smash will often create margin for error. If the persistence-of-vision image is itself of low quality (lumens) you won't get consistent results.

    I'd guess there were more errors at end-courts...
