I am glad Sun Yu is playing more positively and proactively in this match than previously.

Okay Li Yongbo must be smiling happily now. He has indeed found the replacement for Wang Yihan, Wang Shixian, Li Xuerui. Yes Sun Yu won the match 21-16, 21-12. Amazing. What an exciting match. Wow China rules the day again. China already won a gold medal and silver medal in the mixed doubles. Later we will see who win the women doubles, China or Japan?

Incidentally, BO has never won a set from Sun Yu in their 5-0 H2H now. Congrats Sun Yu for a fine victory, the Swiss Open WS Champion.

Only Sayaka Takahashi troubled Sun Yu in their first two sets before Sun Yu asserted herself in the third.

Normally the player who doesn't expect to win or not under pressure to do so,is more calm and relaxed. Also Busanan must be satisfied with beating her nemesis, AKane Y, for the first time yesterday.

This JPN pair upset their colleagues, the highly fancied Maeda/Kakiiwa in the semifinal; they are not to be underestimated.

Expect a comfortable win for Ba/ Tang unless Tang makes errors in front court.

Bao Yixin is so lucky to have Tang Yuanting, and vice versa.
