    China-Sweden 5-0

Pretty much expected: China beat Sweden 5-0

Bleh... I hoped for at least 4-1... that George Rimarcdi COULD beat Ji if he really put his mind to it... and possibly possibly that Marina Andrievskaya could beat Gong Zhichao... but of course not. At least both seem to have put up good fights: George took second set against Ji and Marina lost with 9-11, 7-11 in a match that lasted 53(!) minutes (much for a WS two-setter)...

OK, I'll stop whining now... I know nobody else really cares about these pathetic losers! :)

but George Rimarcdi lost 2-15 in the decider showing either he was tired or Ji has found back his winning ways.
marina (seeded 4th. in the ind. event) must have given gong zc a hard time & also served warning to her other opponents in the individual tournament next week..

I do... well-done, Sweden! Sometimes it's not the winning or losing but the fighting that matters. Now, to apply that to my own life...

Ji is a defensive player, but in the second set, Ji attacked too much and had too many unforced errors. In the third set, Ji's back to his usual playing style and played with patient, then produced the result: 15-2. By the way, Ji won the first set by 15-6.

When Ji plays conservatively, he will be very consistant, when he's aggressive, he could suffocate his oppornet quickly or kill himself instead.

    so he needs a
sports psychologist. His coach once said he is an odebient charge. So if he listens he will come up tops again.15-2 is a enviable score.

No offense to all the Swedes out there but i'm not suprised at the result. Rimarcdi should have stayed in Indonesia i reckon, he would have probably felt more at home there.

But Mag, did you have to put the Swedes as "pathetic losers"? At least they try and hey, their up against China!! I mean, its China! If you know what i mean
