Yeah, I suppose Prannoy couldn't deal with the wily LHI :D
Sad that Dinuka couldn't make it to the finals, but this has been a good run for him.
I don't hold out much hope for Pawar in the finals, though... ;)

These two girls have never met each other before. It will be interesting to see how Thulasi deals with her opponent in the finals. Both have close rankings but CJY is marginally ahead right now. I think nerves will play a big part in this match, as both girls will want a title very much.
 
It's going to be difficult to secure victories in the MS and MD fields for India. In the XD, the MAS/IND pair will win it IMO.

The WD may probably go to Thailand. Gadre will be playing the first match of the afternoon- may not have enough left in the tank for later on... besides, the THA girls are slightly ahead on paper.

We can't rule out pawar as well. After a long gap , he has a chance of winning a title.

Thulasi has won some international titles already. She can deal the pressure I guess. I wonder what kind of game she used against thailand girls in quarters and semifinals?
 
Akshay dewalkar/pradnya gadre won the XD title by beating india/malysia pair.
