Some advices on choosing a Training racket, please

    Go easy on yourself and over the next few weeks you will notice the difference.

    You may find that wk 3 and wk4 you should stick on 10 screws.

    Come wk5, you might want to go up to 15.

    Find your level and maintain it. Just don't over do it

    Get the 160g. I have the 180g that I use to shadow strokes twice a week. It is damn heavy and wears off the grip so fast because the need to grip the damn thing so hard. After 10 minutes with it, going back to the normal Voltric feels like feather weight.

    I'm using the 140g from Fleet to perfect my swings and improve wrist strength.
    Is pretty helpful for stroke practices where the weight forces you to follow through in each shot
    NOT recommended for wrist snapping shots tho, may cause unwanted injuries
    Use this for warm up before a game and it will make ur other rackets feel feather weight :)
