I am just wondering if anyone here stockpile shuttlecocks. If you do... After a few years, do the quality of the shuttlecocks get worse? In terms of durability and flight pattern. Please share... Thanks. I plan to purchase 100 tubes of shuttlecock of aeroplane but afraid it will go bad after 2 yrs

you will have to be extra careful with where u store them. make sure no heat, and not too dry.

I still have a couple tubes of YangYang 300B from i think 2003. Still plays like new. In fact, might be better than the Aeroplane blacks. :D

And I have 25 tubes of the old Aeroplane blacks (pre-2012) too, which are way better than the current Aeroplane Blacks.

Yes. I hog shuttlecocks. they are like fine wine, the older, the better!

My 10 years old Sealions do change the color a bit from pure white to yellowish white, other than that, everything is fine.

the only problem is they can get dry, and then brake more easy. So like said earlier, you really have to store them in a proper place.

Either store them properly or steam them before use. Old shuttles are definitely more brittle, so worth steaming to get them to last a little longer.
