Here's my SH-P9100 FG: Better looking, lighter, more cushioned SH9000. Can't ask for more from a shoe
They called the SH9000 "narrow", but I didn't see that at all, and the 9100 is even wider in the toe-box.
In Marks case his shorts have more width due to the copious loaves of bread devoured in a week! LOL. Seriously, those shoes look fantastic Mark. Are you going for LYD when they arrive? Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
If they'd been there in Birmingham, I'd have had a pair there and then. This fluorescent green is such a weakness for me... I nearly went for the Yonex F1N LTD (before I heard about our mutual friend's pair splitting). I'm just hoping the Talon Guard isn't as cutting - literally - as it was on the 8600 I (very) briefly owned.
Had exactly the same problem with my previous Yonex shoes (can't remember the type) after just 4 months! I was appalled by the quality (and just like you, I'm the complete opposite of a 'heavy' person)
Asics Gel FireBlast Tried them yesterday. no adjusting just put them on and go. I also own a pair of GelBlast 5..
