    Thanks for the update.

I notice that the schedule of play is produced using Tournament Software; wonder why they don't bother to upload the results on the web?

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

Zhu Lin is now 67 points behind Wang Chen. Since WC didn't play, ZL will be in top 4 regardless of the results tommorrow. But the results will definitely determine who is going for Beijing.

Okay, Lu Lan will win without team order. Otherwise, Zhu Lin will.

I guess we have to do detailed computation to know whether a team order is necessary here.

the thing is, this is not the final qualifying tournament. the ABC is coming up, so ZL has to do well here to make sure that she stays ahead of WC if WC does well at the ABC. no point risking it.

let's see whether LYB will show his patriotism again or not... :) i think in his point of view, Zhu Lin should be the one playing in Olympic rather than Lu Lan...

Will Chan/Chew's stamina stand in their way?
    Will Tony/Candra's brilliance flash again?
Will Chan/Chew's old touch come back
Will Tony/Candra's old magic come back?
Will Chan/Chew regain their former world number 1 form?

The answer is, surely, YES YES YES!!!

As certain as SMASH-CHING GANG is going to top the standings, Chan/Chew is going to win (FYI, this means a BIG possibility :D :D :D :D )

haha, you are reading too much into it.... The YES YES YES was supposed to be the same answer for all the 5 questions... In fact, one YES would have sufficed, I put 3 for effect:p:p:p

    Men's Doubles Semi-Final
Chan Chong Ming/Chew Choon Eng vs Tony Gunawan/Candra Wijaya [2] -- Tony/Candra won easily yesterday. They still have an edge over fellow MAS veterans.
