It is up to the thread starter to close it, not having someone else telling them to close it since it clearly saids in the BC rules for them to do it. The mod can do it as well, but that is not the point.

Fake. ARC10 wasn't made in 2002 and there isn't such thing as 23th month. If you paid by paypal you can get a refund.
