M friend today told me my wrist was too loose/turning during my smash and also that I was too tense. Any other observations/advice based on the video? (Set playback speed to 0.25x for ease of observing movement) Thanks everyone.
It's ok for a point smash, ie a smash when out of position. But if you're practicing a full smash, you should be using trunk rotation to throw your racket shoulder forward and strike the shuttle when it's about 1 ft further in front of you. Sent from my SM-G965W using Tapatalk
seem like there is no grip tighten that why it looks like you are tense. Check out this video : there are lot of things you could change.
