Permissions to close thread when b&s item is sold

    I always read the seller should close the thread when the item is sold but we are not given the rights to close it. (or anybody can teach me how to close it)

    We can only edit the contents to SOLD. but the thread still exists.

    or do moderators take time to close the thread when they spot one?
