If the Japanese Badminton Association decides to kick him after OG 2016, it will be their lost, and other countries will jump in to hire him. IMO, he has done things no other could do for Japanese badminton.
IMO, PJB is pivotal to the rise of Japan, becoming a badminton power house in recent years. Japan has produced good players especially in women's disciplines
