I like the look of the arc10. what are the best advantages for the arc10? what kind of player would use an arc10?

    Maneuverability and power.

    If you have strong wrists.

Have been using Arc Saber 10 since it was released, and had never look back.

Previously I was using the AT-700 (Old Version), but had opted to change because I don't like the new version. Another reason of giving up AT-700 is that it is too fragile; I had saw too many broke in our team even while they were warming up.... I purchased more than 16 pcs of the AT-700 (including new versions) for my team.

My Arc Saber 10 is strung with BG66Sharp at 28LBS X 28LBS by electronic stringing machine (constant pull). My BG66Sharp is black in colour. Well... I prefer white (no colour), but... they have no options, just black and black.

    Thanks.

    Light if compared to AT-700.

    Heavy if compared to AT-900P, AT-900T, NS8000, NS9000X, NS9000S...

    Thanks.

ARC10 lacks power compared to other rackets.

    Subjective, depends on the player.

Currently, I can attack and defend better with Arc Saber 10 than AT-700. And... currently my smashes with Arc Saber 10 had outperformed what I can attain with AT-700.

    Thanks.

Well, what do you do is you take the racket, make sure it isn't strung, use plenty of duct tape to make sure it adheres to a wall, and tape it at regulation basketball hoop height, then do a slam dunk and see how much it bends.

Or else, you can just hold it by the handle in one hand, and with your other hand, use a finger/hand to press down slightly on the top of the frame and test how flexible or rigid it is.

You rate stiffness by the amount of bending of the shaft. The less bend on the shaft the stiffer the shaft and vice versa.

I think it would be cheaper to buy a ruler and a pocket scale then spending $1800USD on the machine. It would be better to spend that money buying rackets.:p

This guy is funny..that's all i gotta say.:p

Choosing rackets should be one's own prefference. No one can say,he's stupid, idiot for playing with it.U might find that at900P doesn't suits u,but others might feel it does suit them..

Hmm...which racket as in ur knowledge does used by most of the pro double players, esp in men's doubles?NS9000S/X,AT900T,AT900P,ARC10,AT800de,AT800of,MP100,yellow head TI10?

Give them ranks since as u have said,u have done enough research..:)

this guy is totally morron. Pls don't bring up this rubbish again.

    I had changed Arch10 with NBG 98 at 27-29lbs.
Feeling so far so good. Better than 68ti, 65ti IMO.

    Thanks for the advise phandrew.
fortunately the shop run out of 66sharp. So I took NBG98 instead. ;)
    No regret tho.
It has better control than my previous string and powerful.

However, for my power, I think it will be better at 26-28lbs.
I hope within 1-2 weeks the tension will be at that point.
Honestly so far this is the best string for Arc 10.
    I have put 68ti, 65ti before.
I think this NBG98 will be on par with 66sharp.

If you can bend the shaft your will get more power because of the whip effect.

If you can bend a stiff shaft you will get more power than a flexible shaft.
