..yes, unfortunately we have had some heavy flooding also, although in some parts of the state, cities..there are even land & rock slides.. For snow, i think one would have to travel up to the local mountains in California (Norcal or Socal)..yes, in a way, Californians have everything here; snow, rain, flood, all kinds of land/rock slides and even sunshine at the beach, all within driving distance..
