Lydia led 18-11 before losing 7 consecutive pts. Lydia held her nerves and took the next 3 pts to seal the decider 21-18.

He was expecting the likes of..

..extremenanopower was expecting the likes of CHN's top WS players, Zhou Mi, HHY or Tine Rasmussen (which some say has a big "gun" of her own)..;)

after 2days, many backup and BJSS potential AJC players was sent packing
Its looks like alot have to bedone by Rashid and his coaches before any positive results can be seen.

Yesterday after the matches ended, there are lots of dejected and frustrated faces and its was a horrible realisation that most of them are not getting anywhere. Wei Fong lost to our Former Malaysian Hero Wong Choong Han,Darren Lost to the Chinese, Arif Lost.

Lets hope that Hendrawan are able to do much more when he takes over.

Wong Mew Choo was steady while Lydia Cheah nearly choked on Pressure.
Lydia needs more attention before she could be someone. Saina was also under tremendous pressure yesterday but she cope better with experience.

The ladies match of the day was between Wang Shixian vs Hirose.
Wang Shixian displayed a world class skills and ball control and Hirose have no answer. Wang Shixian will be the player to watch.

As for BJSS, Iskandar shows his potential but like Arif he needs a good coach once he is in the backup. Zulfadli needs another 2 years for a good results.
As for girls- Li Lian qualify for main draw but could not capitalise on a good draw against the Spore Junior. As for Sonia it is just unfortunate she has Wang Shixian in the Qualifying round. She tries her best but Wang Shixian skills and experience are too good for her. Give Li Lian and Sonia two years then we will know.

Lydia have been playing in International tourney for few years.....still cant beat those players considered well known in among those who know and unknown to most of us here,....especially from Thailand......'that their ws is stronger than i could imagine'.

Thats mean Lydia is much weaker than i imagined she was.........so she must rank even lower than sapsiree, porntip, ....not to mention Ratchanok.....

Lydia is just falling behine, far away behine..........if she still unable to compete with thai young batch of player..........Lydia need to buck up,...a change is urgently required......she cant kept repeating the failures, not showing improvement and falling behine.
