Poor for people who can't understand Chinese. To help our friends who don't understand chinese, can any of you put the video in e-Mule, please !!! Especially who has downloaded.
not too sure whats the problem, bt please check on the followings: 1. have you downloaded and installed client (if yes, what prog?) 2. if no, d/l and install either: a. PTC: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ptc/ptc-1.0.0-beta.2.exe?download b. Shadow Exprimental: http://bittornado.com/download.html 3. after you have installed the abovementioned client, read the help files (readme) and do some setting tht you prefer.. 4. if you are using router or having connection to more thn 1 pc/laptop to a cable modem, or if you are having firewall/NAT, please set your PORT... each made/model have different way of going to the setting page, check your user manual.. 5. the BT port is usually 6881-6889 so in the NAT (or firewall or Virtual Server or Special Applications, depending on wht they are called in your setting page), do the followings: a. leave the IP address blank b. set the port to 6881-6999 (if you have blanket setting meaning for tht particular range), if not, set it individually and tick on TCP enable... 6. before clicking on the torrent file (.torrent), pls make sure you have sufficient hard disk. 7. try not to set your UPLOAD speed to high as it will slow down your connection 8. try not to download too many files at the same time (you have a download cap, the speed is divided by the number of files you d/l)
err, mati gw... whts the prog u installed?? are you using router or having firewall installed?? this message normally appear when the site where the tracker is uploaded is DOWN or OUT.. so it doesnt have anything to do with you, you can try again later.. i didnt hv any problem d/ling them earlier in the afternoon so....
how do i put them in e-Mule?? well, for those who understand chinese, maybe cd help by registering sm accounts and post them here... you can temporarily use the following a/c: NAME ; badminton P/WORD; central Pls log in and click on the torrent link and d/l vids you want, thn immediately log out whn your client is starting to d/l so other users can use the same a/c...
Hi, Sunzhi, I downloaded the PTC and tried to download some matches, but some errors showed up, such as: "Problem connecting to tracker -< urlopen error (10060, 'Operation timed out')>" What is going on? I am wondering if anyone who has downloaded the videos can open a FTP or something like that for other hungry men such as me to collect the matches . Thank you!
hi garish, nt really sure whts going on bt i didnt hv any problem d/l them.. anyway, its probably the server problem (the server whr the trackers are located cd be down), you may wanna try again later.. url open error?? i m not sure whether i posted the right link/tracker.. btw, how did you d/l them? through the links afore posted or directly from the website? how bout try d/l directly frm the website... you will have to log in on the main page: http://www.lifefan.com/bbs/ thereafter, you cd access the following urls whr the links wr posted: http://www.lifefan.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=9959 http://www.lifefan.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=9750 http://www.lifefan.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=9731 http://www.lifefan.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=9731 http://www.lifefan.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=9736 i hope you read chinese, if not, move your mouse around the page till you find 'attachement.php' (located directly below [last edited by....]) and thn click on it... hope it works ths time... uploading thru ftp may tk up lots of bandwith... wish you luck
yeah, I did exactly what you said, but still not working. That's ok, I'll wait till someone give some other method to download except BT
Big thanks to sheelay and sunzhi for your contributions. I can sort of read Chinese, but only traditional... I'm usually if I have to deal with simplified. But hey, I got there in the end and hopefully, I'll have them all up for all you Emulers rather soon, albeit I am getting them very slowly with my 512kb/s. Patience, and peace.
i have apperently finished downloading one of the videos however, whenever i try opening the file, realplayer comes up but nothing plays. In the timer, it stays at 0:00/0:00 - so this obviously means there is no file. Does this happen to anyone else? Or did I not get the file..? Thanks.
one standard If everyone uses one standard tool (suggestion: E-mule) for exchanging videos it won't be so difficult to exchange badminton games.
sorry, i made a mistake. i clicked on the wrong file. the one i clicked on was the one i was currently downloading..so obviously that's why it didn't work.
I totally agree with ZAX. We should all get e-mule which is in my opinion the easiest and effective way to get Badminton videos. Its some sort of P2P file sharing like Bittorent but way LESS cumbersome. You have an easier, without adds, User Interface. You can download on here http://emuleplus.sourceforge.net/ Right now I am downloading 1.6GB of the final Thomas Cup 2004 between China and Dennemark. The more there is people sharing this file, the faster we get the video...
i guess it'd be okay if people are willing enough to put them on emule. as BT, i find there's no problem with it, speed is great for me. For those who don't have BT, one can just download it - just like one would have to d/l emule if they didn't have it.
honestly, BT is a very convenient way to d/l huge files and is getting very popular.. i have been using it for the last 1 year or so and have little problem as it works real well.. dont be put off by the early failure, keep on trying.. there are many BT sites where you can d/l lots of good stuff (latest movies, applications, games, you name it..).. look what you are missing.. check some of the sites below: http://www.suprnova.org/ http://www.torrentreactor.net/index.php http://bt.cnxp.com/?s=&pagenumber=1 (in chn) http://www.okbt.com/#index (in chn) http://bt3.eastgame.net/ (in chn)
great, maybe you can post the emule link of the final (where to d/l) since there are many asking for it...
Some of you guys are missing the point, whilst emule is more widely known at the present, it's soooooo damn slow that it will inevitably require major change or be overtaken. BT is much, mcuh faster and may well be the way of the future, and it provides significant benefits now.
agree on the speed.. i m constantly downloading above 100kbs (depends on the site and how many are d/l u/l and your server), so a file of say 600 MB cd be completed within less thn 2 hours.. i have d/led all the videos afore-posted and it took me an average of 45 mins per video...
