No, they don't have premium accounts for viewers. The stream is often of execellent quality and the 480p is very good when it's working well. For whatever reason, the SS Finals have been one of the worst streams since they started broadcasting the tournaments, almost unwatchable at times.

If the BWF/ Youtube isn't working well, this one works well, is not as high quality but very watchable:
