Sai Praneeth is playing well since last 2-3 mons. Earlier, he never used to proceed beyond qualifiers. Great to see so many Indians in the main round. Cant remember the last time I saw these many on a single day.

I am expecting an upset win from K Srikanth. Probably one by RMV too. Not expecting much from Saina / Akshay-Pranav / Tarun-Arun / Kashyap / Aparna-Sikki.

Also, not expecting a win from Aparna-Pradnya but they should give Greysia Polli / Maheshwari a run for their money.

Looks like Yihan's ploy to prepare for world championship! Just a guess. Not able to see live stream.

Meanwhile, to my surprise, Sun Yu is blowing Saina's conqueror away. A pity she'll be up against the Soldier tomorrow.

I sense that none of the WC contenders will want to take any risk here. If their opponents push and stretch them to the limit, they might just give way to them.

Another 1st round lose from WYH? We'll see in the decider. If it is, Busanan also can be proud as "Chinese Giant Killer" since she toppled down 2 Chinese WS players 2 weeks in a row.
