I'm looking to get a new racket that will replace my current 4u head- light. I've been using this racket since started playing badminton. Now I feel that this racket is too light and the head (may be the shaft) vibrates which cause less accuracy and power. I want to have an experience with a high end head heavy racket and current consider n90 woods. I know nothing about li ning techs and given the fact that n90 has been produced many years ago so I feel not quite sure getting a new one at this time. May be I should go safer and get zf II. Thanks
Really good racket, currently sitting on my "to buy and try" list. How do people get around replacing the square grommets once they are damaged / worn out? I would imagine it will be harder to find quality square grommets as compared to normal shaped ones (don't think MBS stock them either) Justin
I really hope I don't regret buying my ZF2... The N50 is great all around, as many people have found, but it's just too flexible.
ZFII is not what I would call a safe choice... It is advanced player racquet. Very stiff, small sweet spot. The N90 I is a much safer choice in my opinion.
Thank you. I dont have a chance to try those rackets first. Talking about "safe choice" I mean that the zf II has been released in 2015 so I think it will get the benefit from new techs.
There's hardly been anything new worth mentioning since ~2009. The Armortec series used softer carbon, but anything newer than that is essentially the same as today's rackets. If it wasn't so expensive to get them by now I'd be restocking N90s and play hardly anything else...
I sent a msg to MBS about the stifness, and they changed it to medium stiff. But at several asian sites it is listed as towards flex. I quess we have to wait for something from Li Ning to find out.
But the question about the actual stiffness remains... Still, one of the best looking rackets I've ever seen!
Took advantage of the Sportcheck equipment sale last week and ordered 2 x Flame N55III. The regular price was $229, but they had it for 30% off. Plus the buy one get the second 50% off was still valid. And finally stacking a 10% off code and free shipping to the order brought the order down to around $240 after taxes. Got the order in yesterday and strung up one with Gosen PRO 70 at 27lbs. Not too bad.
hi all. i'm new to this forum. i'm a local club level player with intermediate level of playing. i'm 5ft 6" and with avg body size of 70kgs. i'm presently using a li-ning SS 68 which seems to be a bit head heavy racket and I'm fine with it. I like to play attacking game though my smashes may not be that powerful if compared to professional guys as they jump & smash putting their entire body to it while I stand and deliver. I'm trying to get a new racket within my limited budget which would allow me to hit a bit of powerful smashes.. maybe more than what I presently achieve using SS 68. I've zeroed in on li-ning Gforce 2200i or li-ning UC 3000. Can somebody suggest, which one would be better as I like li-ning rackets due to its grip size which is comfortable for me compared to yonex.
